The water-cyclone spray booth adopts the method of upper air supply and lower exhaust, and the paint mist collection device is located below the spray booth, which is suitable for large and medium-sized workpieces. The paint mist treatment equipment uses water as the medium and adopts the method of upper air supply and lower exhaust to fully mix the paint mist and water in the lower part of the spray booth. The plane of the water-cyclone spray booth can be large or small, which is suitable for high-level spraying of large and medium-sized workpieces.
Working principle of water cyclone spraying room: fresh air is sent into the pressure equalizing chamber at the top of the water cyclone spraying room through the air conditioning device, and after passing through the equalizing regulator and the filter layer, it is evenly sent into the room at an end wind speed of 0.45m/s. From top to bottom, the workpiece is placed in the equalizing layer with a certain wind speed, so that the splashing waste paint mist is pressed into the water cyclone of the water cyclone spraying room. The water is atomized under the impact of the high-speed airflow and fully mixed with the waste paint mist, so that the paint mist is attracted to the water and taken away. After the air-water separation, the clean air is sent into the atmosphere through the exhaust system, and the purification rate of the paint mist is ≥98%; the water containing paint mist flows into the circulating water pool, and after condensation purification (coagulant is regularly added to the water), it is sent to the spraying room for recycling by the circulating pump. The floating paint residue is regularly fished out and buried or incinerated.
